Scheduling Arrangements:

Due to limited availability, I require at least 24 hours notice is required to book an appointment. My calendar has my availability and my tour dates. For tours, booking is required at least a week before the tour to keep from having to cancel my travel plans. Please read this entire page to understand my entire


I accept references and work verification information:

New clients: Please have 2-3 references’ names, contact information, and website ready when book. You must have seen them in the last 6 months. If you do not have references, please have your ID, and contact information (LinkedIn profile, work email, or work phone number) ready when you book.

Returning clients: Please give the last date you saw me at. If you have not seen me in more than 6 months (Seattle clients only), be prepared to re-screen. If you are in another state and you saw me on my last visit, please add 1 reference that you saw in the last 6 months.

What is your screening policy?


Please be aware that my schedule is tight due to being a college student and having a part time job. That being said, if you are running late, communicate at the earliest possible time so that I my adjust my schedule. If you are over 30 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and you will owe the full amount of the appointment.

What should I do if I am running late?


Yes. My policy was created to protect my study time as well as other appointments. If for any reason you have to cancel, I require a 24 hour notice for Seattle appointments and a 48 hour notice for touring appointments.

Seattle: If you have paid a deposit and cancelled in no later than 24 hours, your deposit will be put towards your next appointment. If you cancel after the 24 hours and have paid a deposit, your deposit will be kept as an inconvenience fee. If you cancel after 24 hours and have not paid a deposit, you will be charged a 25% inconvenience fee, due by the next day. No exceptions.

Other cities: If you have paid a deposit and cancelled in no later than 48 hours, your deposit will be put towards your next appointment. If you cancel after the 48 hours and have paid a deposit, your deposit will be kept as an inconvenience fee. No exceptions

Do you have a cancellation policy?


For Seattle appointments: a 25% non refundable deposit for all outcalls and appointments lasting over 2 hours. Please ask how to send.

Other cities: a 50% non refundable deposit is required for all dates. This covers airfare, baggage fees, transportation, and hotel costs. Please ask how to send
